The short version

Your capital, your risk. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or skip a security, index, option, or coin. If you place a trade after using these tools, that decision is yours alone. You can lose some or all of the money you put at risk.

Not advice

Decodexo is a set of free browser utilities. It is not a broker, exchange, portfolio manager, research house, or investment adviser. It is not registered with SEBI or any other securities regulator. Call, Put, No trade, backtest figures, R-multiples, and sample tapes are educational checklists and examples. They are not a research report, not a tip, and not personalized advice for your situation.

No promise of profit

Indicators lag. Backtests use historical daily cash prices and simplified rules. Past figures are not a live win rate and are not a weekly-options result. Markets gap. Premium can expire worthless even when a lean was later “right.” No number on this site guarantees a profit or limits a loss.

You take the risk

By using the market tools you agree that you understand trading and derivatives can cause rapid and total loss of capital, that you will not treat the site as a signal service, and that you will get licensed advice if you need it. You accept full responsibility for any order you send to a broker.

Third-party data

Charts, headlines, and movers come from public third parties. Those services can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Decodexo does not stand behind their prints.

If this disclaimer changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the tools after a change means you accept the new text.
